The thesis

Longevity has a noise problem, not an evidence problem.

The wellness industry has constructed a profitable fiction: that the interventions most likely to extend your healthy years are expensive, proprietary, or medically supervised. Supplements. Protocols. Retreats. The market depends on you not knowing that the underlying evidence points almost entirely in the opposite direction.

A Cochrane review on physical activity and all-cause mortality does not require a membership fee. The peer-reviewed literature on sleep duration and cardiovascular risk is publicly available. The n=500,000 cohort data on dietary patterns and longevity outcomes is indexed in PubMed. What has been missing is curation: a rigorous, demographically-specific translation of that evidence into action that does not require a clinician’s salary to follow.

The Guides Atelier publishes that curation. Each guide in the $0 Longevity Blueprint series is written for a specific demographic, anchored to peer-reviewed citation, and structured around interventions that cost nothing to implement. No supplements recommended. No upsells. The guide is the product.

“No supplement has been proven to extend human lifespan.”

Eric Verdin, MD, President and CEO, Buck Institute for Research on Aging

The format

Inside every guide

Each guide is a complete editorial product: the evidence, the protocol, and the receipts.

  • A

    The evidence review

What the research actually shows for your demographic, what is settled, what is contested, and what is marketing dressed up as science.

  • B

    The protocols

Sequenced interventions ranked by evidence and effort, built around a $0 baseline. From Guide 07: a nightly three-good-things practice, drawn from a 2024 JAMA Psychiatry cohort of 49,275 adults that found 9% lower all-cause mortality in the highest-gratitude tertile.

  • C

    The workbook

Worksheets and tracking templates that turn the protocols into a routine you can keep, available standalone or in the complete edition.

  • D

    The citation list

Every source, with DOIs, so the guide is an argument you can verify rather than advice you have to trust.
